Jivamukti Yoga is one of the nine internationally recognized forms of Hatha Yoga. Our classes include an exploration of the wide range of physical asana (poses), music, meditation and relaxation. The method is based on the teaching of acknowledged master teachers Sharon Gannon & David Life.

Jivamukti Basic
This 4-week course provides all the basics needed to start a strong yoga practice. We cover Standing Poses, Forward Bends, Backbends, Sun Salutations, Vinyasa, Balancing, Inversions, Deep Relaxation, and Meditation, as well as working on strength and flexibility. We will review the essential alignment, anatomy and philosophy needed to develop a practice.
Jivamukti Intermediate
Develop strength, flexibility and experience. Covering a little bit of all the poses with a chance to ask questions. Expect instructions on alignment, hands on adjustments, and a moderate pace.

Jivamukti Open
Jivamukti's challenging but playful signature class encompasses intermediate and advanced levels. It is a magical flow of standing poses, seated postures, inversions, backbends and relaxation practiced in a constantly changing sequence to keep it fresh and lively. Expect amazing hands-on adjustments, meditation, chanting and always inspiring music.
