Kapalbhati

Kapalbhati  Kapalbhati is a method of pranayama. In Sanskrit, kapal means forehead or forehead and bhati means fast. By doing regular practice of this pranayama, the inner prabha (radiance) on the face remains sharp. Kapal Bhati is very energetic high abdominal breathing exercise. Kapala means brain and sweetness. That is, 'Kapal Bhati' is the pranayama through which the brain is clean and in this case the functioning of the brain operates smoothly. By the way, there are other benefits of this pranayama.  Method  1. To do pranayam pranayama, sit on any meditation posture, sukhasana or chair while keeping the spine straight. 2. After this, throw out the breath as fast as possible from both the nostrils. 3. Also, shrink the stomach inwards as much as possible. 4. After that, immediately both the nostrils are inhaled and allow the stomach to come out as soon as possible. 5. You can do this activity by increasing the strength and gradually from 50 times to 500 times as necessary, but do not do more than 50 times in a sequence. 6. Increase the order slowly. 7. Minimum of 5 minutes and maximum of 30 minutes.  Benefit  1. Regular exercise of this pranayama reduces unnecessary body fat. 2. Hajma is fine. 3. In future, there are no diseases related to phlegm and respiratory diseases. 4. Often, activity remains throughout the day. 5. Sleep is also good at night.  Caution  1. Do not do this pranayama in complaints of any abdominal organs such as liver, pancreas, spleen, small intestine, large intestine, kidneys, slip discs, back pain, swelling and ulcers. 2. This pranayama is prohibited in complaints of heart diseases, high blood pressure and stomach gas etc. 3. Dust-smoke-deodorant, do not do this pranayama in closed and hot environment. 4. Do not do it during menstrual cycle and during pregnancy. 5. Do not do this in case of fever, diarrhea, excessive weakness. 6. Do not do this pranayama in case of constipation. Clean the stomach by adding lemon in lukewarm water and then do it only after that. 7. Many people perform this pranayama several times a day, which is harmless, in order to quickly reduce the stomach which has gone outward. 8. Do not do Kapala Bhati Pranayam for 3 hours after eating food.
